Manager of Collections

Responsibilities

• Drive timely collections of all relevant customer Accounts Receivable in the region and assigned subsequent regions
• Monitor and create aging reports to identify overdue accounts
• Monitor financial results and draw trends to inform business and workforce decisions
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures aligned with local country requirements
• Initiate high-volume outbound calls and emails to customers to request payment, negotiate repayment plans, and settle outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by liaising with internal departments and customers
• Maintain positive client relationships while firmly pursuing overdue payments
• Accurately document all communication and payment arrangements in the company's ERP system
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports for management
• Partner with the internal GA Telesis Ecosystem to leverage technology and improve efficiencies of Türkiye offices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience working within a multi-national company
• Strong understanding of Turkish laws and regulations
• Proficiency in both Turkish and English (written and verbal)
• No travel restrictions
• Military duty completed (for male candidates)

• Previous experience within the aviation industry
