About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive daily audience growth and engagement initiatives for Vogue France to attract new readers and retain existing ones.
- Manage daily SEO implementation, providing strategic advice to the editorial team and optimizing titles for search engines and Google Discover.
- Develop creative strategies to boost engagement via social media and other multi-platform channels.
- Perform performance analysis and track key audience metrics through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Produce performance reports for major flagship events such as Fashion Week, the Met Gala, and Cannes Film Festival.
- Manage the production and implementation of Vogue newsletters, collaborating with editorial teams to optimize content selection and engagement.
- Lead weekly audience performance meetings with editorial, social media, and video teams to align on upcoming priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working for a website, digital advertising agency, or online marketing/publishing company.
- Proven ability to grow audiences through social media and newsletter management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B testing strategies, particularly for newsletters.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret reports and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience with "test-and-learn" methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Sailthru (or a similar ESP) and Parse.ly (or a similar analytics platform).
