Manager OD & Workforce Planning

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to address organizational capability gaps
• Evaluate the impact of automation and digital tools on job design and plan targeted interventions
• Partner with business leaders on complex organizational design, restructuring, and sizing strategies
• Lead change management programs to align structures, processes, and systems with business objectives
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis to advise on long-term efficiency and cost-effective workforce deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives in succession planning, workforce engagement, and development
• Champion capability-building initiatives and participate in annual workforce planning budget cycles

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Design or Change Management
• Background in HR or Management Consulting with strategic workforce planning experience
• High digital literacy with excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Change Management certification
• Lean Six Sigma accreditation
