Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ocean operations specialists
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues
• Route cargo to ocean carrier contracts using allocation tools to optimize cost and transit time
• Build and maintain an operational performance framework to measure partner performance
• Drive performance management of freight forwarding, customs partners, and ocean carriers
• Identify partner training needs and execute training programmes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive quality and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in professional logistics or supply chain operations
• 2–3 years of leadership experience managing an operations team
• Hands-on experience in ocean export operations (TPEB shipments from East Asia to US/Canada)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proactive, compliance-first mindset
