Manager, North America Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead or support major workstreams across strategic projects to develop creative solutions for Visa's corporate strategy
• Structure projects by setting deadlines, defining roles and responsibilities, and owning project readouts
• Develop rigorous, fact-based quantitative analyses to ensure the strategic and financial soundness of recommendations
• Communicate complex recommendations to senior management and executive leadership in a clear and impactful manner
• Participate in and occasionally lead regular strategy and payment-focused training sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of experience with an Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual rigor
• Expertise in sophisticated financial modeling and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
• Significant exposure to the payments industry
• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years with an Advanced degree
