About the role
Responsibilities
- Own program planning for assigned workstreams, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence
- Translate business needs into solution requirements and communicate business value to stakeholders
- Drive alignment between North America business needs and global product/data platform capabilities
- Execute governance by running working-level forums and managing RAID logs for assigned workstreams
- Manage cross-product dependencies, track delivery health, and resolve blockers across teams
- Define success metrics, execute change management plans, and measure realized benefits and adoption
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies to drive data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Experience coordinating delivery across product, engineering, and business teams
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and release management
- Executive-ready communication skills, including authoring materials for steering committees
- Hands-on experience with delivery governance tools such as RAID logs and dependency mapping
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail, or managing enterprise-scale technology programs
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or technology transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading a digital product or data workstream end-to-end
- Specialized skills in AI/ML, data engineering, or commercial analytics (e.g., pricing or promotion effectiveness)
