Manager, New Equipment/Modernization

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage volume installation, construction, and modernization projects within the Austin territory
• Define project objectives and manage installation timelines and budgets
• Monitor teams and subcontractors to ensure projects run on time and within budget
• Mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks through close collaboration with project teams
• Coordinate with local authorities regarding document submissions and site inspections
• Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved project profitability
• Manage administrative and material tasks related to project execution

Requirements

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Direct experience within the elevator industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills
• A commitment to safety as a top priority
