Manager, New Equipment, Field Service

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and lead field operations for the New Equipment installation side of the business
• Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams to ensure project success
• Achieve financial performance targets, including profit and working capital goals
• Conduct field education training and perform regular safety audits and jobsite inspections
• Coordinate material deliveries, issue purchase orders, and manage project billing
• Forecast and schedule labor resources to maintain customer quality assurance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, field employees, and local authorities
• Manage contract administration, including RFIs, consultant payments, and change order opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of elevator industry experience or experience leading field technicians in a similar industry
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technical computer software
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
