Manager, Network Service

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network service specialists and analysts
• Develop and implement a comprehensive network service strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure continuous monitoring of network performance and availability
• Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against threats
• Lead network-related projects from planning and design to implementation and testing
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and incidents
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills of the network team

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in network security or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
• Proven experience with network management tools and technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
