Manager Network Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage the freighter schedule development process for short-term (IATA season) and long-term (6-12 months) periods
• Optimize the cargo network to maximize profitability and ensure operational compliance
• Develop annual budget schedules and 5-to-10-year long-term fleet strategy schedules
• Recommend capacity optimization initiatives and corrective measures to senior management
• Coordinate with key stakeholders including Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Passenger Network Planning
• Protect and enhance the airline's slot portfolio and ensure accurate flight publication
• Manage ad-hoc charter requests and analyze route profitability to support tactical and structural decision-making

Requirements

• At least 5 years of airline experience in network planning or scheduling
• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate studies in a relevant discipline
• Strong strategic planning and deep analytical skills
• Proven negotiation and advocacy skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to airline cargo operations
