Manager - NetSuite EPM

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales meetings to assess project scope and determine Oracle/NetSuite Planning and Budgeting fit
• Configure Oracle and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB/PBCS) software to deliver sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with implementation teams to develop high-quality EPM solutions and lead implementation methodologies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including 4+ years in Oracle PBCS / NSPB
• Expertise in Essbase cube design, calculation scripts, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Essbase certification
• Experience with FCCS, ARCS, HFM, OneStream, Adaptive, or Anaplan
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud
