Manager, Monterrey Office/Latin America Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage office operations for the Monterrey office and support LATAM market programs.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Oversee office administration, including supply procurement, kitchen management, and vendor relations.
• Manage office facilities by liaising with property management for maintenance and access requests.
• Plan and execute internal office events, meetings, and large-scale market-wide programs.
• Support new hire onboarding processes in coordination with Talent Acquisition and IT.
• Manage market communication channels, including SharePoint, Teams, and Slack.
• Handle financial tasks such as expense reconciliation, budget tracking, and invoice submission via Oracle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in office management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office and various event locations.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week during core business hours.
