Manager, Mid-Market Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mid-market sales representatives focused on converting leads and driving revenue growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor team performance through coaching, training, and regular one-on-one meetings
• Oversee the sales pipeline and guide representatives through the full sales cycle
• Join customer calls to provide strategic support and real-time coaching
• Leverage channel partnerships including VARs, distributors, and resellers to drive pipeline and accelerate deals
• Partner with Channel Sales and Marketing teams to align on territory strategy and lead generation
• Analyze sales data to ensure accurate forecasting and identify improvement areas
• Maintain a high-energy, positive sales culture
• Travel up to 20% for customer meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the SaaS cybersecurity industry
• Experience selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated experience leveraging channel partnerships (VARs, distributors, resellers)
• Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in sales metrics analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
