Manager, Mid-Market Sales

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed sales objectives
• Hire, oversee, and train new team members to ensure successful onboarding and ramp-up
• Develop and maintain accurate team sales forecasts
• Drive lead generation, high activity standards, and effective pipeline management
• Monitor the sales funnel from prospect to close and implement metrics to improve performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in tech industry direct sales
• Strong familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting tools
• Experience managing outbound sales teams across all areas of the sales cycle
• Passion for coaching, mentorship, and helping team members grow professionally
