Manager - Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Architect and govern Copilot Studio solutions, including custom copilots and generative AI workflows integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Define and implement DevOps and ALM strategies, including environment strategy, pipelines, and release management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading technical workshops and providing strategic input on digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Manage and mentor consultants, fostering technical excellence and supporting recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience specifically within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certifications.
• Deep expertise in Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and security frameworks.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
• Proficiency in French (an asset for Québec-based projects).
