About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the buyer insights programme, developing research to understand merchant needs, behaviors, and future priorities
- Champion the voice of the buyer by managing customer listening programmes, including NPS and event feedback
- Inform product strategy by analyzing customer feedback to uncover themes for roadmap discussions and customer experience improvements
- Shape product marketing by delivering insights that strengthen positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement
- Lead strategic research initiatives to deepen understanding of enterprise buyers and emerging industry trends
- Build insight capabilities by improving how buyer knowledge is captured, organized, and shared across the business
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Operations to embed insights into decision-making
- Turn complex research into actionable, executive-ready reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience leading research or insight initiatives within tech, fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Strong skills in designing and managing both qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize feedback and market data into practical recommendations
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders across different departments
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of how insights support go-to-market execution and business growth
- Experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional environments
