Manager, Merchandising, Women's Apparel and Performance

Responsibilities

• Own the seasonal merchandising strategy and line architecture for Women’s Apparel and Performance categories.
• Lead a team of merchants through seasonal strategy execution and critical milestones.
• Act as the regional product expert for all Women’s Performance Apparel.
• Develop franchise strategies and optimize assortments based on historical and current product performance.
• Conduct marketplace and competitor research to identify new consumer-driven opportunities.
• Analyze financial data, forecasting, and trends to identify business risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to ensure alignment on assortment, financial targets, and distribution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in merchandising, product management, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of technical outdoor apparel products and consumer behavior.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of retail math and financial metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with PLM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience within the apparel industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams through seasonal product lifecycles.
