Manager Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and assortment plans that align with financial objectives, sales, and gross margin targets
• Create compelling global assortments with differentiated products across brands
• Partner with Design, Product Development, and Brand Leadership to support the conceptualization and commercialization of innovative products
• Manage product lifecycles from initial concept through launch and post-launch performance analysis
• Provide sell-in and sell-through analytics to support merchandising decisions
• Collect and analyze regional and global sales performance data to create seasonal hindsight reports
• Collaborate with licensors and regional teams to ensure market alignment and customer preference satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or product merchandising
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional analytical and retail math skills
• Strong product sensibility and passion for consumer trends and brand storytelling
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across multiple departments
