Manager, Membership Account Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute action plans to retain and grow existing business within an assigned territory
• Renew, cross-sell, and up-sell across the existing client base to achieve targets
• Manage territory accounts to ensure frequent attention and support
• Provide product training and demonstrations via customer visits and online
• Build relationships with law firm partners, professional development directors, and general counsel
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify new market opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of account management or relationship management experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Strong business acumen and executive presence
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous legal services experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
