Manager, Medical Customer Care, Cardiomyopathy Business Unit (AL amyloidosis)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for medical professionals in the assigned territory to improve disease and product awareness for the Cardiomyopathy Business Unit.
• Develop and execute effective territory strategies and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives based on situational analysis.
• Formulate and implement specific action plans for high-priority facilities and healthcare professionals within the rare disease market.
• Facilitate the improvement of processes related to disease awareness, early diagnosis, treatment decision-making, and treatment continuity.
• Utilize effective channels and tools to implement promotional activities and clinical programs tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to realize a patient-centered partnership model.
• Collect and provide safety information and post-marketing surveillance (PMS) data in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• MR qualification.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with university or core hospitals.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Valid driver's license (preferred safe driver).
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate leadership/followership within a team.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize resources to achieve goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized field, specifically cardiology.
• Experience in rare disease sales.
