Manager, Medical Customer Care

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for medical professionals to improve awareness of rare diseases and products.
• Develop and execute effective territory strategies and tactical plans to achieve sales goals.
• Promote disease awareness, market development, early diagnosis, and treatment continuity within the rare disease sector.
• Provide expert clinical, professional, and scientific information regarding product mechanisms and indications.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and patients.
• Manage territory activities, including CRM usage, resource allocation, and timely reporting of sales activities.
• Lead account teams to foster long-term partnerships and implement patient-centered models.
• Ensure compliance with industry guidelines, internal regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• MR qualification holder.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with university or core hospitals.
• Valid driver's license (preferred safe driver).
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays and weekends.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in endocrine or musculoskeletal disease areas.
• Experience participating in the launch of biological products within the last 3–5 years.
• Previous experience handling orphan drugs or rare disease treatments.
