Manager, Medical Customer Care

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned Hokuriku region.
• Develop and maintain business plans based on a deep understanding of market principles affecting product sales.
• Demonstrate clinical, professional, and scientific expertise regarding product mechanisms and disease pathology.
• Lead a patient-centered partnership model involving physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and medical facilities.
• Plan and execute effective seminars to address territory-specific challenges.
• Propose treatment solutions confidently to specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including TLL, Marketing, and MSL.
• Utilize multi-channel engagement strategies, including face-to-face, web, phone, and email, to reach healthcare professionals.
• Manage time, CRM, and resources efficiently to optimize workload.

Requirements

• MR certification (Certified Medical Representative).
• 5+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical MR.
• 3+ years of experience working with university or core hospitals.
• 3+ years of experience in a specialty therapeutic area.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Valid driver's license (excellent driving record).
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays and weekend travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in neurology or handling specialty products involving infusions/injections.
• Experience with the launch of biologics within the last 3 to 5 years.
• Experience in the rare disease sector.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a team environment.
• Ability to build strong, professional relationships through scientific information exchange.
