Manager, Media Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic paid media plans globally, encompassing both RTB and Direct IO
• Author actionable media briefs for agency partners and internal teams
• Oversee and execute campaigns within in-house channels like Meta and Google
• Manage the activation and integration of 1st party data into paid media workstreams
• Monitor real-time platform health and make tactical adjustments to bidding and creative
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of media campaigns, including budget and finance processes
• Translate complex data sets from GWI, MRI Nielsen, and Pathmatics into actionable strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in media planning
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
• Expert knowledge of RTB and Direct IO media planning
• Proven experience applying 1st party data within paid media environments
• Proficiency with GWI, MRI Nielsen, and Pathmatics
• Experience managing US-specific budget processes, trafficking, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the video games or entertainment industry
• Knowledge of global media trends and international planning
• Experience managing both in-house execution and agency partners in a hybrid environment
