Manager, Media Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and project-based media strategies covering digital (SEM, Social, Display, Programmatic, KOL/Influencer) and offline media.
• Manage media investment allocation and monitor real-time performance (KPIs/ROAS) to optimize budgets.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis using GA4 and platform dashboards to provide actionable optimization insights.
• Coordinate with advertising platform partners and vendors to ensure execution quality and accurate scheduling.
• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and emerging AdTech to integrate innovation into marketing plans.
• Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and business teams to ensure Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) consistency.
• Lead and coach junior planners to enhance the team's overall media operation and strategic analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in media strategy planning and budget management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and optimization using tools like GA4.
• Experience in vendor and agency management.
• Ability to provide market trend insights and adapt to new advertising technologies.
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience within a media or marketing team.
