Manager, Media Buying

Responsibilities

• Implement eCommerce media strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and other retail media networks
• Support the development of media plans and execute campaigns to deliver on client business objectives
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations
• Build relationships with platform partners like Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization workflows
• Manage reporting processes and deliver performance dashboards
• Analyze media performance using Excel, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Tableau
• Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, legal, and finance
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and tools like Pacvue, Skai, or CommerceIQ
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proven success in managing campaign operations, QA, and reporting
• Experience managing campaigns on Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel Media Studio, Instacart Ads, and Kroger Precision Marketing
• Knowledge of retail-integrated social platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and Meta
• Understanding of retail media integration with broader eCommerce strategies like ROAS and sales lift
