Manager - Media and Business

Responsibilities

• Own and drive digital media and performance marketing campaigns across various channels including PPC, Display, Social, and Programmatic.
• Execute end-to-end campaign management and optimization strategies for BFSI, FMCG, and affluent business portfolios.
• Manage media planning, buying, and continuous improvement of channels to drive customer acquisition, digital sales, and up-selling.
• Oversee affiliate marketing and direct publisher buying.
• Manage partner relations with analytics teams, creative teams, publishers, affiliates, and aggregators.
• Perform creative performance analysis and web/traffic analysis to track organic and direct website performance.
• Define and track KPIs across multiple traffic-generating channels including Organic, Direct, Affiliates, Referral, Social, and Paid.
• Manage client relations and expectations effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and media management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong knowledge of media planning and media strategy.
• Hands-on experience with DV 360 and Programmatic advertising.
• Solid understanding of SEM, SEO, and integrated strategy knowledge.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and omni-channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills.
