About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead media analytics projects from initial business question through analysis, insight development, and client activation
  • Oversee recurring and ad hoc analysis of media campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels
  • Translate complex campaign data into actionable recommendations for media planners and executives
  • Build measurement frameworks and KPI structures aligned to campaign strategy and business goals
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing direction on analytical approaches and expected outputs
  • Ensure media data quality by identifying and resolving discrepancies across platforms and ad servers
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and measurement priorities

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or digital analytics
  • Experience analyzing performance across channels like paid search, social, programmatic, and video
  • Proven experience leading analytics projects and managing or mentoring analysts
  • Strong understanding of media metrics, campaign structures, and platform reporting
  • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling
  • Proficiency with media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads)
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and cloud data environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or agency client-services environments
  • Experience integrating media-platform data with CRM or sales data
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analysis and automation
  • Experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, or retail
  • Familiarity with emerging uses of AI in campaign analysis and optimization
