About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead media analytics projects from initial business question through analysis, insight development, and client activation
- Translate client objectives and campaign strategies into measurement plans and analytical requirements
- Oversee recurring and ad hoc analysis of media campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels
- Develop performance narratives that explain performance shifts and provide actionable recommendations
- Build measurement frameworks and KPI structures aligned to business goals
- Manage and mentor analysts, providing direction on analytical approaches and reviewing deliverables
- Partner with media, marketing, and data science teams to ensure data quality and integrated solutions
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or digital analytics
- Experience analyzing performance across channels like paid search, social, programmatic, and video
- Proven experience leading analytics projects and managing or mentoring analysts
- Strong understanding of media metrics, campaign structures, and optimization levers
- Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling
- Proficiency with media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and digital analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
- Technical experience with SQL and cloud data environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting or agency environments
- Experience integrating media-platform data with CRM or sales data
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analysis and automation
- Experience with emerging uses of AI in campaign analysis and optimization
