Manager Measurement and Instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of testing engineers focused on measurement and instrumentation systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of measurement systems, including installation, operation during testing, and post-test evaluation.
• Drive continuous team development using a coaching approach to foster excellence and growth.
• Coordinate resource planning, equipment allocation, and workload efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support gas turbine technology testing and data-driven insights.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards within the team and testing environments.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a strong interest in people development and coaching.
• Practical experience working with electronics and advanced measurement systems.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally within a complex technical environment.
• Strong communication skills to interface with global internal and external partners.
