Manager Measurement and Instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of testing engineers focused on advanced measurement systems for gas turbine technologies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of measurement systems, including installation, operation during testing, dismounting, and post-test evaluation.
• Drive strategic and operational planning regarding resource allocation, equipment, efficiency, and workload.
• Act as a key point of contact and build networks with internal and external interfaces regarding testing topics.
• Ensure responsibility for health and safety within the team and operations.
• Provide technical guidance to teams across product development, manufacturing, and assembly.

• Practical experience with electronics and measurement systems.
