Manager, Marketplace Supply Chain Sales, Korea

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned marketplace partners with a focus on speed, service, and precision
• Develop and execute marketplace supply chain strategies aligned with Nike’s commercial goals and long-term growth ambitions
• Establish, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with partner organizations to enable alignment and shared success
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Technology teams to deliver seamless execution
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing MSC Marketplace Partners team
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, marketplace management, or sales operations
• Proven people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions
• Ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable plans
• Fluency in both Korean and English (written and oral)
