About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operating system for SPECS Marketing by building planning, launch, reporting, and governance systems to help the organization scale.
  • Own and evolve the planning cadence, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and launch readiness reviews.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Creative, Comms, Media, and Channel Marketing to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and Finance to support budget planning, spend tracking, and investment prioritization.
  • Define and run the reporting rhythm, building scalable systems to track progress and measure performance across campaigns and launches.
  • Manage the operating model for agencies and external vendors, including onboarding, scopes, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, business operations, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing team members.
  • Demonstrated experience leading planning cycles, operating rhythms, or launch processes.
  • Experience working in consumer technology, hardware, software, or other fast-moving innovation-driven categories.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting product launches or integrated marketing programs for hardware, software, or platform products.
  • Experience in AR, spatial computing, wearable technology, or emerging technology categories.
  • Strong track record of building scalable cross-functional processes in a growing or evolving organization.
  • Experience managing agency ecosystems and operational governance at scale.
