About the role
Responsibilities
- Engineer the marketing infrastructure by leading the technical architecture and processes of the marketing stack.
- Act as the Technical Product Owner for marketing tools, ensuring high-integrity data flow between systems.
- Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns and translate requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Architect complex, AI-enhanced automation strategies to increase productivity and support rapid scaling.
- Manage marketing data within Databricks to build custom tables, dashboards, and predictive AI workflows.
- Optimize the full technical lead lifecycle, including scoring models, automated routing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to build a unified view of the customer.
- Drive the MarkOps roadmap using agile methodologies and lead sprint planning.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 4+ years with a Master's degree).
- Deep Marketo expertise with a focus on advanced Salesforce integrations and complex lead lifecycle workflows.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing data within Databricks or similar database infrastructures.
- 2+ years of experience leading hybrid or remote teams, with a track record of developing high-performing talent.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) campaign hierarchies and complex attribution methodologies.
- Proven success in scaling lead management processes and optimizing the B2B sales and marketing funnel.
