Manager, Marketing - Demand Generation

Responsibilities

• Create and implement digital channel strategies to increase brand awareness and build pipeline.
• Manage paid media execution, including audience building, creative testing, and budget optimization.
• Own SEO/AEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid search growth.
• Launch and optimize multi-channel campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and lead nurture workflows.
• Track and report on key KPIs including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline attribution.
• Manage HubSpot CRM and its integration with Salesforce, including lead scoring and segment management.
• Collaborate with sales and business development leadership to align marketing efforts with growth goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• Proven success in running multi-channel digital campaigns, including email marketing and lead generation.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Google Analytics for campaign management and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
