About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end creative and marketing workflows across multiple campaigns and projects
- Architect pre-season timelines and build efficient workflows to empower brand and creative teams
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce handoffs, and improve cross-functional movement
- Develop and manage comprehensive calendars for seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, and special projects
- Partner with Product Ops, Digital Ops, and leadership teams to align priorities and ensure seamless execution
- Drive operational excellence by identifying workflow efficiencies and scalable ways of working
- Attend key milestone meetings, provide setup, and communicate recaps, next steps, and timelines
Requirements
- 4-6 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software such as Wrike, Smartsheet, or Airtable
- Proficiency in Figma
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an agency environment
