Manager, Market Development

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of onboarding Market Development Representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a regular cadence of 1:1s to review performance and support career development
• Set, document, and measure OKRs and goals through monitoring lead flow and daily activities
• Report on weekly and monthly sales metrics in Salesforce
• Onboard, coach, and train representatives on effective inbound opportunity creation
• Facilitate training sessions to develop sales competencies and product knowledge
• Audit and coach outreach efforts for quality and completeness
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement new workflows, trainings, and tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or lead development experience
• 1+ years in a sales manager, team lead, or formal mentor capacity
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close leads
• Interest in financial markets or private capital markets
• Strong coaching and career development acumen
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
