Manager, Market Access & Pricing

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on submissions to Canada’s Drug Agency (CDA-AMC), INESSS, and provincial/private payers
• Manage the end-to-end submission process including workplans and HTA organization touchpoints
• Develop clinical summaries, budget impact analyses, and other required submission components
• Conduct background research to support submission strategy and dossier components
• Prepare slide decks and attend meetings with public drug programs, private payers, and advisory boards
• Interview key opinion leader clinicians to gain strategic insights for product reimbursement
• Monitor and analyze the Canadian access and reimbursement landscape

Requirements

• MSc in Life Science, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in health economics or health technology assessment (HTA)
• Strong basis in cost-effectiveness model design, analysis, and interpretation
• Proven experience with HTA submissions
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in model programming using VBA
