Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES deployments, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and production cutover
• Own MES roadmap, go-live readiness, and continuous enhancements for system integrations (Equipment, SPC, SAP, Data platforms)
• Manage MES production support and 24x7 operations, including incident management and root cause analysis
• Drive standardization across sites and manage effective change management and version control
• Build and lead the MES team, strengthening subject matter expertise and execution capabilities
• Drive improvements in manufacturing KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization
• Define MES architecture, standards, and scalability while managing vendors and budgets
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives like IoT and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent)
• 10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems or a related domain
• Proven experience delivering at least one full MES implementation lifecycle
• Strong programming knowledge in C#, Python, and SQL
• Expertise in system integrations involving Equipment, ERP/SAP, SPC, and Data platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Exposure to IoT, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies
