Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year immersive leadership program consisting of four six-month rotations
• Experience cross-functional, cross-business divisions, and international exposure
• Gain real business insights and build managerial capabilities
• Engage closely with on-ground operations to develop deep business understanding
• Drive results with high-performance teams and manage stakeholders

Requirements

• BE/B. Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical & Electronics
• MBA in Operations, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience post-MBA
• Understanding of Operations Management and Quality Management
• Knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, AI, IoT, and Data Analytics
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the automotive domain

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Manufacturing
• Strong analytical thinking and innovative mindset
• Demonstrable leadership potential and ability to influence others
