Manager, Manufacturing (Biologics Operations)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for manufacturing shifts within Biologics Manufacturing
• Direct resource planning for existing production and new product introductions to meet manufacturing deliverables
• Ensure manufacturing deliverables regarding resources, materials, equipment, and process performance are met
• Develop and manage personnel through hiring, performance management, and talent development
• Coach and mentor the team to drive growth and confidence through changing priorities
• Manage and control department operational expenses and budgets to meet financial goals
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes for Bio Manufacturing
• Trend key performance measures to drive strategic continuous improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Biologics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in biologics manufacturing operations
• 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Experience with regulatory inspections
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
