Manager - Managed services

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee project management for fully outsourced accounting and finance functions, including CFO services, P2P, O2C, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Supervise, mentor, and lead team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the development of client proposals.
• Apply professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet regulatory and engagement requirements.
• Stay updated on developments in global accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• 5-7 years of total relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, including GL accounting, period-end closure, and audit support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet stringent deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel on short notice as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or Ind AS.
• Experience in setting up and executing outsourced finance operation models.
