Manager - Maintenance Reliability & Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, technicians, and contractors
• Develop and execute reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and lifecycle performance
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Drive implementation of Predictive, Preventive, and Condition-Based Maintenance programs
• Track and improve KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and maintenance cost per unit
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes
• Utilize CMMS for data integrity, reporting, and system utilization
• Manage the maintenance and reliability budget spend
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, EHS, and Food Safety teams

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3+ years in a maintenance or reliability leadership role
• Proven experience developing and executing reliability strategies
• Hands-on technical/CMMS experience with data integrity and reporting
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment (USDA preferred)
• Familiarity with RCFA, FMEA, and Predictive Maintenance tools
• Understanding of OSHA and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
• LEAN Six Sigma or related certification
• Experience with Megamation or D365
