Manager, Maintenance Programs

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the newly formed Maintenance Programs team, managing a portfolio of dedicated project managers
• Oversee the execution of maintenance programs with accountability for safety, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
• Build and coach a high-performing team by setting clear expectations and driving execution discipline
• Partner with cross-functional departments including Pipe Integrity, Regional Operations, Safety, and Supply Chain to align planning
• Drive continuous improvement by developing execution playbooks, templates, workflows, and performance metrics
• Ensure maintenance execution complies with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
• Manage change management activities and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure service quality

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in operations, maintenance, integrity, work management, projects, or engineering
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences, or a related technical trades certification
• Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative teams across broad geographical footprints and remote environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract
• Ability to travel up to 40% for work and overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience in change management
• Experience executing maintenance or integrity programs within pipeline, energy, or regulated industrial environments
• Knowledge of Regional Asset Reliability, Pipe Integrity, In-Line Inspection, or Cathodic Protection projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
