Manager, Maintenance Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and field staff in the Raleigh, NC territory
• Ensure field employee safety and maintain high quality of service standards
• Plan and manage service field activities, including resource allocation of manpower and materials
• Conduct field education and training for the workforce
• Improve operational efficiencies by managing route schedules and callback rates
• Authorize repair orders and track completion to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to field staff and lead initiatives for better communication

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience preferred
• Proven experience managing a team of technicians
• Essential leadership experience
• Required experience in the elevator industry
• Strong communication, technology, and business acumen skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
