Manager, Maintenance Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service across the Augusta, Macon, and Columbus Georgia offices
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
• Manage the effective allocation of resources, including manpower and materials
• Conduct field education and technical training for the workforce
• Improve operational efficiencies by managing route schedules and callback rates
• Authorize repair orders and track completion to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to field staff and lead improvements in communication and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience preferred
• Proven experience managing a team of technicians
• Essential leadership experience
• Required experience in the elevator industry
• Valid driver's license for territory travel
• Strong computer, technology, and business acumen skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
