Manager, Maintenance & Calibration

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and calibration strategy to maximize equipment uptime through Lean thinking and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach a high-performing technical team, embedding a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
• Deliver asset management and reliability programs that drive efficiency, waste reduction, and capacity growth.
• Drive machine uptime and reliability through effective maintenance, calibration, and service programs.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of equipment issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and senior leadership to align priorities and influence decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality systems, and regulatory requirements while promoting a safety-first culture.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a relevant manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of asset management, maintenance systems, and equipment reliability.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a track record in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
