Manager M&A

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured analyses and valuations of acquisition opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy
• Manage the entire due diligence process in close cooperation with internal departments and external advisors
• Create, coordinate, and review central transaction documentation and provide substantive contributions
• Support contract negotiations from both economic and deal-strategic perspectives
• Assist business units with successful post-merger integration and the implementation of synergies

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, ideally within investment banking, auditing, consulting, or corporate M&A
• University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Proven experience in project management and all transaction steps from target analysis to closing
• Strong knowledge of standard corporate valuation methods
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• High resilience, structured work style, and willingness to travel
