About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of Radisson Rewards loyalty initiatives across hotels in France and Western Europe
- Deliver regular in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure effective program execution and member acquisition
- Foster the Loyalty Champion community through engagement initiatives and multi-channel communication
- Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, including General Managers and Front Office Managers, to drive alignment with loyalty objectives
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the loyalty experience at the hotel level
- Support operational management, including member enrollment, profile management, and points processes
- Provide in-depth performance reporting and analytics to assist senior leadership in driving loyalty-driven revenue
- Ensure compliance with loyalty brand standards, revenue targets, and enrollment goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Hotel Management
- 3+ years of experience managing senior stakeholder or client relationships
- 3–5 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or trainer
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality presentations for senior leadership
