About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of loyalty and engagement communications across email, mobile app, push, SMS, and web channels
  • Partner with marketing, creative, analytics, product, and operations teams to align on communications strategy
  • Translate complex business goals and inputs into clear, customer-centric messaging and execution plans
  • Review campaign performance and partner with analytics teams to develop insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage campaign calendars, documentation, and workflow processes to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  • Lead through influence to drive alignment across stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, customer communications, or lifecycle/CRM functions
  • Experience managing end-to-end digital campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into customer-friendly messaging
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with loyalty, retention, or customer engagement programs
  • Familiarity with customer engagement metrics such as open rates and CTR
  • Background in subscription-based or customer-centric industries
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations
