About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent for the Long Term Care (LTC) account team
  • Build and lead a regional team of 7-9 LTC Associate Account Managers
  • Develop and coach expertise in regional business focus areas, including settings of care and payer pull-through opportunities
  • Execute marketing and call plan strategies to meet and exceed regional goals
  • Coordinate efforts between sales leadership, brand marketing, market access, and sales operations
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to all Teva compliance guidelines and operates with integrity
  • Spend 90+ days per year in the field supporting Associate Account Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of first-line pharmaceutical sales management experience
  • 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas
  • Valid US driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, including weekends and overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of specific experience in Long Term Care (LTC) sales
  • Experience successfully promoting products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with key opinion leaders, LTC facilities, and regional payers
  • Deep understanding of reimbursement coverage, Part A and Part D access, and LTC profitability parameters
